This Privacy Policy describes how Shailen Chhetri ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") collects,
uses, stores, and protects your information when you download, install, or play CyberFlap ("the
Game", "the App") on Android and mobile web devices.
We are dedicated to respecting your privacy rights and complying with the Google Play Developer Program
Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Information We Collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver smooth gameplay, cross-device progression, and fair
competitive leaderboards.
A. Guest Mode (No Sign-In Required)
- Local Device Storage: If you play as a Guest without signing in, all progress, unlocked
chassis skins, high scores, credits, and settings are saved strictly on your local device (via browser
LocalStorage / IndexedDB).
- No Server Transmission: No personal or identifiable information is transmitted to our remote
servers.
B. Google Sign-In & Cloud Sync
If you choose to sign in with your Google Account to synchronize your progress and compete on the global
leaderboard, we collect:
- Personal Identifier: Google Display Name, email address, unique Firebase User ID (UID), and
profile image URL (authenticated securely via Google Firebase Authentication).
- Game Telemetry & Progression: High score, total credits, level, XP, unlocked skins, equipped
ship chassis, and ability tier upgrades.
- Leaderboard Ranking: Callsign, high score, and highest sector reached.
C. Device Diagnostics
Standard anonymous diagnostic telemetry provided by the Android OS (such as OS version, device model, and crash
reports) to improve game stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Account Management: Authenticate identity securely without storing passwords.
- Cloud Persistence: Restore purchases, high scores, and upgrade unlocks across different
devices.
- Global Leaderboard: Display high scores on public rankings.
- Security & Anti-Cheat: Prevent duplicate scores and leaderboard manipulation.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party advertisers or data
brokers. Ads shown by Google AdMob are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
3. Third-Party Services
CyberFlap uses the following trusted infrastructure services provided by Google:
- Google Firebase Authentication: User sign-in and authorization (Privacy Notice).
- Google Cloud Firestore: Encrypted cloud database for profile and leaderboard sync (Privacy
Notice).
- Google AdMob: Displays advertisements in the Game. AdMob may collect and use device
identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads (How Google uses
data). You can reset or opt out of ad personalization in your Android device's Settings → Google
→ Ads.
- Google Play Services: Core Android runtime APIs (Google Privacy Policy).
4. User Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
In strict compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, you have full control over
your data and may permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time:
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)
- Open CyberFlap on your device.
- Tap the Settings button (Neural Link Config).
- Under Cloud Persistence, tap "Delete Account & Data".
- Confirm the prompt. Your cloud profile, leaderboard entries, and Firebase authentication record will be
permanently erased immediately.
Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request
- If you have uninstalled the game, send an email to: liahschhetri2@gmail.com

CyberFlap Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Google sign-in.
- We will permanently delete all records from our databases within 30 days and confirm via email.
5. Data Security & Encryption
All data transmitted between CyberFlap and Google backend servers is encrypted in transit using Transport
Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Database access is strictly enforced via server-side Firebase Security
Rules.
6. Children's Privacy
CyberFlap is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please
